  • How does email forwarding work?

    Imagine offers an email address that forwards all mail to your existing email inbox. For example, if you check your email at johndoe@gmail.com, you might want your email address to be john@doe.email. After you order your new email address through Imagine, any emails sent to john@doe.email will arrive in your regular inbox!

  • What if I change my email service?

    No problem! Simply edit your forwarding destination to your new email service, and we'll change where the emails forward to within 24 hours. No one even needs to know that you changed email services, because your address stays the same!

  • How do I send emails from my new address?

    VERY good question. It's actually fairly easy to make your current email service send from your new address. Most email services offer a setting for your outgoing mail. Once your settings are complete, your emails will say they're from your new address!

  • I bought a mailbox and did not set a forwarding address. How can I set up my product?

    A mailbox is useless without a forwarding email address! If you've already created an account, you can log in and edit your forwarding address through the Account Manager. If you didn't create an account, please contact our customer service for assistance.

  • What is a Fleet?

    A Fleet is the last part of the email address: the part after the @ symbol. For example, in Sarah@CatLover.email, CatLover.email is the Fleet. We have a list of available Fleets that you can get mailboxes under for the standard price, or you can choose your own to make something REALLY creative. We'll let you know if it's available, and what the price will be.

  • Why are some mailboxes more expensive than others?

    We always try to offer the cheapest deals for mailboxes, but if you want a brand new one we may be subject to market pricing. Check out our suggested mailboxes for the best deals!

  • What if the email address I want isn't available?

    Unfortunately, if someone else owns an email address already, we can't offer it to you. Try similar variations on the mailbox that you want!

  • How do I buy a mailbox without a PayPal account?

    You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to take advantage of our secure transactions through PayPal. Please use the "Guest" option in the PayPal screen to pay with credit card.
